The Rashtrapati Bhavan is the official residence of the President of India, located at the Western end of Rajpath (now Kartavya Path) in New Delhi, India. Designed by the famous British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens, it is one of the largest presidential residences in the world. The mansion has 340 rooms, including the President's official residence, reception halls, guest rooms, and offices. It is surrounded by the magnificent 130-hectare (320-acre) President's Estate, which famously includes the beautiful Amrit Udyan (formerly Mughal Gardens).
